Meet the Owner
Nick Pledger

Hi, I'm Nick Pledger, the proud owner of Pledger Construction LLC. Since founding the company in July 2020, I've been dedicated to bringing clients' visions for their homes and businesses to life.
My passion for construction began in my childhood, inspired by my father, who worked as a carpenter and handyman. Growing up in homes we flipped and accompanying my dad to various commercial job sites, I developed a deep love for building and creating beautiful finished projects.

Throughout my teenage years, I honed my skills by working on both small and large construction projects, learning the trade from the ground up. I later transitioned into commercial construction, where I served as an assistant superintendent on hotel projects. This experience taught me how to manage multiple trades and orders on large-scale projects, complementing my background in residential construction.

My extensive experience in both residential flips and commercial construction has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of construction from foundation to roof vents. I am passionate about what I do and committed to delivering high-quality results for my clients.

Being licensed in both residential and commercial construction has allowed us to offer a wider range of services in New Albany, Indiana. We are excited to serve our community with excellence and dedication. Let us bring your construction dreams to reality today!
